Exchanges Accepted For:

• Defective or damaged items
• Items that don't function as described

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
4. We'll provide instructions for returning the item
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you the replacement

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items that show signs of wear or damage
