Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Within Canada (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Orders $2.00 - $49.99: $5.00 CAD
    • Orders $50.00 - $99.99: $10.00 CAD
    • Orders $100.00 and up: FREE
  • Express Shipping: $20.00 CAD (all orders $2.00 and up)

To United States (International):

  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Orders $2.00 - $49.99: $20.00 CAD
    • Orders $50.00 - $99.99: $30.00 CAD
    • Orders $100.00 and up: FREE
  • Express International Shipping: $40.00 CAD (all orders $2.00 and up)

Duties & Taxes (US Orders): For shipments to the United States, customs duties and import taxes apply. These fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid at the time of purchase. The estimated duty rate is approximately 35% of the order value, plus applicable processing fees.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
